Due to manufacturing and legal requirements, we currently provide shipping to the list of countries below:
Australia, Canada, Japan, New Zealand, Switzerland, United Kingdom (ex. NI), United States (excluding certain regions—see below).
Shipping is not available to:
Overseas territories (e.g., Guadeloupe, French Polynesia)
U.S. territories and remote areas, including:
Alaska
Hawaii
Puerto Rico
Guam
American Samoa
Northern Mariana Islands
U.S. Virgin Islands

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund in compliance with certain conditions.
Returns & Exchanges
At The Nymph Anthologie, we want you to love your new gear—whether it’s the perfect fit for your feet or the perfect page for your thoughts. If it’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
1. The Basics (Our 30-Day Guarantee)
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
For UK, and Switzerland: You also benefit from a statutory 14-day "cooling off" period where you can cancel for any reason.
Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
Shoes: Please try on shoes on a carpeted surface. Shoes with scuffed soles or visible outdoor wear cannot be accepted.
Notebooks: Must be shrink-wrapped/unopened. Once the seal is broken, we can only accept returns if the item is defective.
2. How to Start a Return
Contact us via lesnymphesparis@gmail.com and enter your order number and email. Please give a reason for your return. We will get in contact and explain the next steps.
3. International Shipping & Costs
Because we ship to the US, UK, CH, AU, NZ, and JP, return shipping costs vary:
Faulty or Wrong Items: If we sent the wrong shoes or a damaged notebook, the return is on us! We will provide a prepaid shipping label at no cost to you.
Standard Returns (Change of Mind): For "change of mind" or sizing issues, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Duties & Taxes: Please note that customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through The Nymph Anthologie You may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau (especially in the UK and Australia).
4. Easy Exchanges
We know shoe sizing can be tricky across US, UK, and JP scales.
Instant Exchanges: In select regions (US/UK/AU), we offer "Instant Exchanges." We’ll ship your new size immediately before you even send the old pair back (a temporary hold may be placed on your card).
Standard Exchanges: Once your return is scanned by the courier, we will process and ship your new item.
5. Refunds
Processing Time: Once we receive your return, please allow 5–7 business days for our warehouse team to inspect the items.
Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–10 days to appear on your statement.
6. Regional Highlights
Australia & New Zealand: Our policy does not exclude your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or NZ Consumer Guarantees Act. If a product is faulty, you are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement.
Japan: Returns must be initiated through our designated local carrier partners to ensure smooth customs clearance.
